Nice Indian look, probably a look you weren't going for. But, the colors of the clothes match the hair and she looks like she is angry at the camera man. Very good :)

Don't really like dreads on a female character. The tattoo sleeve is nice, so I'll give you that.

8/10 Reminds me a lot of Mynnna, our CSM chairman (not sure- is there even such a thing as CSM chairman anymore? ). Nobody has told me yet if I am supposed to love or hate Mynnna, so I'll just be waiting and watch what the cool kids are doing. In the meantime, have your 8/10 rating. edit: Dang, snipz0rd! I'm a bit tired, so forgive me about this if I get anything wrong.
Interesting character concept. I like how you show the tattoos on the arms, and also the blend of the background goes well with your clothes. I'm going to give you a 10/10.
